•Report any identified frauds or special cases to the supervisor and recommend suitable solutions.
•Provide required information to direct supervisor as well as audit and risk assessment department and the external auditor.
•Assist the supervisor in replying to the comments and observations of finance control department in coordination with other RTA finance units and any other concerned organizational unit.
•Enforce rules and regulations at RTA financial system.
•Review all RTA income resources and checking its compliance with rules and regulation and according to applicable professional norms
•Check verify and validate financial transactions before posting
•Check all payment documents before insurance and ensure attaching all required attachment and approvals as per rules and regulations.
•Ensure the availability of required finance in the budget and verify the budget is being used properly and as per authorized personnel.
•Check the signatures at authorized signatories on transactions that have financial effect and update it continuously.
•Review and approve the documents of end of service after it is forwarded from HR and all procedures with financial effect.
•Monitor cash in banks through checking bank reconciliation.
